THE LEADERSHIP TEAM OF FELLOWSHIP UMC

Fellowship is organized with a Leadership Team made up of 10-12 people and the Pastor who are responsible for the oversight of the church and its ministries. These 12 leaders serve as Trustees, Staff Parish and Finance. They also support, encourage and over see all the various ministries of our congregation.

Those serving on the Leadership Team commit to the four following things:

1.  They will be committed to worship and in a Bible Study.
( No one may serve in a Leadership Role unless they are in a  Bible Study )

2.  They will tithe and in the event they are not tithing they will work towards the tithe.

3.  They will commit to attending our meetings without fail.

4. They will partner with someone else on the team to oversee and assist our ministry teams

Every year three people are added to the team as three people step down to serve on a ministry team.
